ConCare’s main features and servicesfor JPY 400

It comes with the features and services you need
to use it simply and effectively.

  • Condition recording
    From 6 weather icons, the user selects the one that
    best matches their current condition, and the result is
    accumulated as condition data, separately for clock-in and clock-out
  • Simple attendance management
    The time at which the weather icon is selected at clock-in/clock-out
    is recorded and accumulated as the clock-in/clock-out time,
    and displayed per user as a timesheet
  • Condition map
    Reports the condition trends and characteristics of
    organizational units such as offices and departments, on screen,
    in formats such as graphs, tables, labels and calendars
  • Condition analysis
    Condition data can be exported as CSV data.
    The weather icons are output
    replaced with the numbers 1 to 6, so you can analyze them freely.
    An analysis support service by ConCare supporters is also available.
  • Condition sign
    When a sign is identified that the transition of condition differs from usual,
    a condition sign is sent on screen or by email
    to the person concerned and to a pre-set recipient.
  • Mental-health telephone consultation desk
    Telephone consultation by qualified psychology professionals is available
    free of charge to all employees of the contracting organization.

  • External consultation desk
    (in-person, email, etc.)

    You can use the various EAP services provided by Tokyo Mental Health Inc. Because employees can consult by methods such as in-person meetings or email according to their convenience, it stays unknown to the company. It can also function as a harassment consultation desk.

  • Counselor dispatch

    We dispatch a counselor to your workplace, which you can use as an in-house consultation desk. Please also use it for regular interviews with employees, consultations for managers, follow-up on return to work, crisis response and more.

  • Employee satisfaction survey

    As evidence for organizational reform, interviews by a counselor are effective in combination with paper- or web-based implementation.

  • Rework support
    center

    We provide step-by-step training so that employees who have taken leave due to mental ill-health or similar can return to work smoothly, and we prevent re-leave through follow-up after return.

  • Crisis response

    Please use this for following up with members after an employee’s suicide or an unexpected accident.
