No—ConCare is a service that catches early signs of employees’ physical and mental ups and downs and provides a mechanism for individuals and the organization to manage preventively in their respective roles.
By using ConCare, you can make free use of the telephone-consultation desk operated by Tokyo Mental Health Inc. (https://t-mental.co.jp/), a specialist mental-health company.
QDoes using ConCare cure mental ill-health?
It has no function to cure mental ill-health. ConCare is a mechanism that visualizes signs of change in mental condition and supports appropriate escalation. We have confirmed that the proportion of people who express their true feelings via weather icons varies by age, gender, occupation and more.
In a survey of existing customers, about 85% were found to express a mood close to how they truly feel.
We also hold a domestic patent (No. 5572752) for the logic of recording and analyzing mental condition via weather icons.
QCan it integrate with an attendance system?
If you don’t currently have an attendance system, you can use “KING OF TIME” (https://www.kingtime.jp/), the attendance system that integrates with ConCare.

QIs the system’s security adequate?
All communication between your computer and the ConCare server is protected by SSL encryption.
In addition to robust facility-level security, we provide staffed 24/7/365 operational monitoring, so you can use it with confidence.
