Thailand Wellness & Healthcare Expo (TWHE) 2026, to be held from Thursday, June 25 to Saturday,
June 27, 2026, at BITEC Hall 102, Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre, in Bangkok, Thailand.

Concare will introduce its health management support service, “Concare – Mental Condition Forecast & Care,”
at the “KENKO Investment for Health” booth established by the Well-being Implementation Research Center
of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), in collaboration with
Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).

“Concare – Mental Condition Forecast & Care” is a service that visualizes overall organizational trends
and changes in individual employees’ conditions by allowing employees to input their daily mental and physical
condition using intuitive weather icons. Managers can identify small changes in employees’ conditions at an
early stage and use the insights for timely follow-up and workplace improvement.

In addition, by linking with attendance data, the service enables organizations to review long working hours
and work patterns together with changes in employees’ mental conditions. This helps support the prevention
of mental health issues, employee retention, and the promotion of health management.

Introducing a Japan-born health management support service to the Thai market

In Thailand, there is growing interest among companies in employee well-being, retention, productivity improvement,
and mental health initiatives.

Through this exhibition, Concare will introduce its approach to companies and organizations in Thailand,
including Japanese-affiliated companies, local Thai companies, and organizations interested in health management
and well-being. The service is designed to visualize small daily changes and connect them to early care.

Concare will propose possible use cases for companies facing challenges such as:

Concare – Mental Condition Forecast & Care is a health management support service that visualizes employees’
daily mental and physical conditions using weather icons.

By selecting the weather icon that best represents their current condition, employees can easily record their
daily status. Managers can then understand overall organizational trends and individual changes, enabling early
follow-up and workplace improvement.

The service has obtained a Japanese patent (Patent No. 5572752) for its mechanism for determining changes
and anomalies in multi-level mental health condition inputs using moving averages and related methods.
