We have released a new ConCare app.

Following many requests from our customers, we have released the ConCare and School ConCare app (hereinafter referred to as “ConCare Personal App”) on November 29, 2021—an app that can be installed on smartphones and tablets (iOS & Android) for personal use.

▼ Installation method
Please search for and download “ConCare Personal” from the App Store or Google Play.

《For customers already using ConCare Web version, etc.》
・Your login account and system integration settings will be carried over to the ConCare Personal App, so please rest assured.

▼ What is the ConCare Personal App?
The ConCare Personal App is a supplementary app to the ConCare Web version, developed for the following purposes:
For features that cannot be operated in the ConCare Personal App, please continue to use the ConCare Web version as before.

① Make the weather icon input screen easier to access.
You can now use it as an app on your smartphone.
Once you save your login information initially, you can access the time entry screen simply by launching the app from the next time onward.

② Make it less likely to forget to enter your weather icon.
The smartphone notification feature is now available.
If there is no weather icon entry on specified days and times, you will receive a reminder notification from the app.
(Whereas the ConCare Web version sent email notifications regardless of whether or not a weather icon was entered, the app version will not send an app notification if there is entry information.)
